Eli is a DePaul University filmmaker (Class of 2025) with a BFA in Film and Television. He is currently an independent Chicago filmmaker, with hopes to direct independent features. Film has always been a burning passion for Eli and he continues to explore the medium as an artform.
As a filmmaker, Eli is drawn to developing raw human stories while paying homage to the medium before his time. Eli’s films tend to be character-driven pieces that deal with the thematic subjects of trauma, depression, and isolation. It is evident in his work that Eli loves movies and has a deep knowledge of film history.
